You have the ability to scan your face and see your scores, review key ingredients, answer questions about your skin care goals, receive product suggestions to consider, and purchase products.

Please note we and our agency partners will NOT:
- Reach out to you via a non-company specific or commercial email address, such as Gmail.com, Hotmail.com or Yahoo.com.
- Ask you for your personal financial information until you have completed the creator contracting process.
If in doubt about the legitimacy of an email or solicitation you have received, please reach out us directly via our Contact Us page.

As of April 30, 2024 we will no longer be selling Neutrogena® products directly through our website. Orders placed before April 29, 2024 will still be fulfilled.
Neutrogena® is still here to help you understand and care for your skin. This change will allow us to focus on bringing you more innovative products to help with your unique skin care concerns.

If you are enrolled in The Neutrogena® Subscribe program, no action is needed to cancel your auto-refill. It automatically ended after your last shipment was received. If you are still waiting on a refill, you will receive your last order on your next expected refill date, and none thereafter. We encourage you to explore other retailers' options for setting up auto-refills.

We will continue to keep you updated through email on our latest products, skin care tips, and offers with our retail partners.
