Step 1

Shake well before and frequently during use.

Step 2

15 minutes before sun exposure, hold container 4 – 6 inches from skin and spray liberally; spread evenly by hand. Use in a well-ventilated area.

Step 3

Reapply every 80 minutes and after swimming, sweating or towel drying.
